Resident Artists

The  Screw Factory Artists work in what is now known as the Lake Erie Building at Templar industrial Park. The building houses over thirty artist studios and businesses.

The 2012 Open Studio Events are always the first Saturday in May and November. This years’ events will be held on Saturday, May 5th and Saturday, November 3rd from 12pm-7pm.

The Last Minute Market will be held on Saturday, December 15th from 10am-6pm. Last year over 4,000 shoppers attended what is the Screw Factory Artists’ biggest event.
