Robb Durr has over 35 years of experience sculpting, designing and creating artwork for the public, commercial and private sectors. His work is in private collections internationally and he has provided services for Fortune 500 Companies and others including; Warner Bros., Disney, Hallmark, American Greetings, Time Life, Kelloggâ€™s, Plaid, Rose Art, National Geographic, Wild Republic, Steve Irwinâ€™s Australia Zoo, The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, The International Buster Keaton Society, Kathleenâ€™s Creations, Darice, and Max & Ermaâ€™s.
He has illustrated manypolymer clay 3-D cards and posters and provided 3-D and line illustrations for the award winning series of Kid Concoctions Books.
His public sculptures grace the Cleveland Metropark system and area churches. His private commissions can be found nationally and internationally.
He has won numerous awards, including two Bronze Medals from the International 3-D Illustrators Show, American Greetings â€œCreative Achievement Awardâ€, and various art show awards.
He is part of The Screw Factory Artists, maintaining a studio in the Bird Town district of Lakewood, Oh.
Robb is currently collaborating with his wife, Bette, on their innovative Fairy Garden collection, HiddenWorlds. They have worked together to create a variety of original fairy garden doors, accessories and sculptures. The response to this growing field of interest has been overwhelmingly positive with sales doubling every year in the three years they have been offering their products on-line and at art shows.
Robb and his wife live in North East Ohio with two cats, bees and a potential chicken.
