She was formerly the editor of a UK-based knitting magazine and a columnist for several others, as well as a founding co-owner of another fiber/fabric shop in Lakewood, Ohio.
Shannon organizes events, ranging from the Cleveland edition of Bazaar Bizarre to gallery shows featuring fellow fiber artists. Her work has appeared in local galleries such as Wall Eye (Undomesticated show) and in Cleveland’s popular 50/50 show, as well as galleries around the country, including CVBSpace in NYC. She teaches and speaks nationwide.
