Shannon Okey

Shannon lives in Cleveland, Ohio, where she runs her own publishing venture, as well as writing for several major publishers. She was formerly the editor of UK knitting magazine Yarn Forward and a columnist for knit.1 and Knitting Today! magazines, as well as a founding co-owner of another fiber/fabric shop in Lakewood, Ohio. Shealso organizes events, ranging from the Cleveland edition of Bazaar Bizarre to gallery shows featuring fellow fiber artists. Shannon teaches and speaks nationwide.
